Briefly, a breast implant, either saline or silicone,  is placed beneath the pectoralis muscle (the main muscle in the chest) or beneath the breast tissue through a small incision. 

Your procedure will be performed in the luxury and comfort of our fully accredited ambulatory surgical facility with anesthesia performed by members of North Shore University Hospital's anesthesia department.  Our center is one of the newest and most modern facilities anywhere for the performance of Plastic Surgery and Cosmetic Surgery.

After about 1 hour of recovery (take as much time as you need - we never rush you) you are discharged home wearing a larger brassiere and followed in our office in several days.
